Identified - Our team has identified an issue with our Slack account configuration and is actively working to resolve it. Users may be unable to give recognition through Slack, and reactions to recognition may not sync correctly. We expect the integration to return to normal soon.

In the meantime, recognition can still be given through the Assembly web app, mobile web, mobile app, or Microsoft Teams.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through this. We’ll provide another update once the issue is resolved.
